- MBBS from a recognised institution, 12 months' house surgeoncy (CRRI), and registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council by 21.11.2025.

- Needs MBBS with CRRI and Tamil Nadu Medical Council registration, and a pass in the Tamil Eligibility Test. Age: "Others" up to 37; SC, ST, MBC/DNC, BC and BCM have no upper limit (under 60).
