- 12th (or equivalent) pass.
- Also required
- Grade C allows 18–30, Grade D 18–27. A shorthand skill test is required. The check uses the 2026 window moved forward one year.

- Grade C allows 18–30, Grade D only 18–27 (born 02.08.1999 – 01.08.2008). A shorthand skill test is required: 100 words a minute for Grade C, 80 for Grade D.
