- A Master's degree with the Hindi/English subject or medium combinations listed in the notice, plus a Hindi–English translation diploma/certificate or 2 years' translation experience (3 years for Senior Hindi Translator).

- Needs a Master's with Hindi and English as subjects or medium, plus a translation diploma or 2–3 years' translation experience.
