- B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with at least 60% in Electrical, Civil, Computer Science or Electronics. Final-year students may apply if results come by 31.08.2027. GATE 2027 score in the matching paper.
- Also required
- Needs a GATE 2027 score in the matching paper (EE, CE, CS or EC) and 60% in an engineering degree. Service bond Rs 5 lakh (Rs 2.5 lakh for SC/ST/PwBD) for three years.
