- Graduation in any stream completed as on 01.10.2026 (the advertisement adds "but not before 1-Oct-2001").
- Also required
- Age 20 – 25 on 01.10.2026; the advertisement gives no age relaxation for any category. Not for anyone who has already done (or is doing) an apprenticeship elsewhere. Stipend Rs 16,650 a month in metro cities and Rs 14,150 elsewhere. Exam fee plus GST: Rs 800 (General/EWS/OBC men), Rs 600 (women and transgender), Rs 200 (SC/ST/PwBD). Apprenticeship is not employment.
