- Only domiciles of Jammu & Kashmir can apply. The advertisement says the qualification is minimum Matric and maximum 10+2. Age on 1 Jan 2026: Open Merit up to 40, reserved categories (SC, ST-1, ST-2, RBA, ALC/IB, EWS, OBC) up to 43. Physical standard and endurance tests apply.
