- Qualification
- Navik (GD): Class 12 with Maths and Physics (COBSE-recognised board). Navik (DB): Class 10. Hygienist-I: Class 10 or ITI. Yantrik: Class 10 plus a 3–4 year AICTE-approved diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering (or Class 10 + 12 plus a 2–3 year diploma).

- Each post has its own birth-date window and qualification: Navik (GD) born 1 Nov 2005 – 1 May 2009 with 12th (Maths & Physics); Yantrik born 1 May 2005 – 1 May 2009 with an engineering diploma; Navik (DB) and Hygienist-I need 10th. Yantrik, Navik (DB) and Hygienist-I are for men only. Physical standards and a fitness test apply.
